Sabra Richins (NMLS #29202) began her career in mortgages in 1986 with Richards Woodbury Mortgage, in their Collections Department. In 1988, she took a position with Mountain States Mortgage as the Foreclosure/Bankruptcy Department Manager and worked with them until 1996. She then moved to CrossLand Mortgage until 1999, when she joined FSI Mortgage and is still here today!
Sabra has worked in all areas of residential, from servicing, to collections, to foreclosures. However, the Reverse Mortgage program caught her attention and she began specializing in these loans since 1999. After joining FSI, she strongly believes that NO homeowner over the age of 62 should be paying a house payment, or struggling to make ends meet.
Sabra grew up in a military family, the eldest of nine children. She came to Utah to attend the University of Utah after graduating from Kubasaki High School in Okinawa, Japan.
